TRG Recruitment is a Dubai based construction manpower supply company that provides skilled tradesmen, MEP technicians, site supervisors and general labour to contractors, subcontractors and developers across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman. We supply crews for a single villa or for a multi-package infrastructure job. We source from our hubs in India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka and the Philippines, and also from workers already resident in the UAE. Every worker is trade tested, document checked and briefed on UAE site rules before reaching your gate.
The workload in the UAE construction market has grown faster than the pool of trained workers available locally. Several large programmes are running at the same time:
Infrastructure takes AED 47.8 billion of the 2026 budget, about 20% more than the year before. The 30 km Metro Blue Line is being tunnelled now, and contracts worth more than AED 55 billion are planned this year for the new Al Maktoum International Airport terminal.
A AED 55 billion public-private partnership pipeline of 24 projects is coming to market over 2026 and 2027. It covers more than 300 km of roads, dams and stormwater works, schools and healthcare buildings.
Master communities keep releasing new phases. One 2026 award alone covered 14 apartment blocks and 2,210 homes at Aljada.
Building contracts reached about US$1.06 billion in the first quarter of 2026, with 1,162 permits issued in three months.
For you as an employer, this means the same steel fixers, shuttering carpenters and duct men are being chased by several projects at once. Crews that are not planned early get pulled to whichever site pays a little more. A manpower supply partner with its own sourcing pipeline lets you lock in headcount before your programme reaches the critical path.
We cover the full site workforce, from foundation to handover. The table shows the trades we supply most often to UAE contractors.
Plant operators and crane operators must hold the UAE certification or licence that applies on your site. We check what the candidate already holds and tell you clearly what still has to be obtained in the UAE.
Different contracts call for different ways of bringing workers in. We set the model at brief stage, so costs and responsibilities are clear before mobilisation.
Workers are supplied for a defined package, such as blockwork for a tower or MEP rough-in for a villa cluster, and released when the package closes. This suits subcontractors whose workload rises and falls with each award.
You pay a monthly rate per worker, and we manage visas, salaries through WPS, accommodation coordination and replacements. This model suits contractors who want flexible headcount without adding permanent staff.
For long projects where you want the workers on your own establishment, we source, trade test and process them from our sourcing countries, and you sponsor them directly. This is usually the lower-cost option over a project lasting two years or more.
For urgent gaps, we shortlist workers already in the UAE who can move legally through a transfer or a temporary work permit. These workers start faster than overseas hires because they skip the visa entry stage.
Construction labour is one of the most regulated areas of UAE employment. A supply partner that gets these wrong exposes your site to fines and stoppages.
Every worker needs the right permit. Depending on the arrangement, that may be recruitment from abroad, a transfer, a temporary permit for a worker already in the UAE, or a mission permit for a time-bound project. We match the permit route to the supply model.
Salaries are paid through WPS, so you have a payroll trail if a client, main contractor or auditor asks for one.
From 15 June to 15 September, work under direct sun is banned from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm. Sites must provide shade, water and cooling. Continuous operations such as concrete pours and asphalt laying can be exempt. We plan rotas and night shifts around this window.
Workers must be housed in compliant accommodation and moved to site safely. We coordinate both and keep records.
Each emirate adds its own layer. Dubai has Dubai Municipality, plus Trakhees for Jebel Ali and Ports-area sites. Abu Dhabi enforces the OSHAD safety framework. Sharjah and Ajman each have their own municipality approvals. Our city pages explain each one in detail.
A CV does not prove a mason can lay a straight course. Our screening is built around what will actually happen on site.
Candidates complete a practical test in their trade, such as blockwork, rebar tying, conduit bending or pipe joining, assessed by a tradesperson.
Passports, experience letters and certificates are verified before an offer is made.
Pre-departure medical, then the UAE medical fitness test and Emirates ID on arrival.
Workers are briefed on PPE, working at height, heat stress, and the rules of the emirate they are going to.
If a worker does not perform during the agreed trial period, we replace them under the terms set in your contract.
Each emirate has a different construction market, so each city page is built around its own projects, authorities and hiring patterns.
Infrastructure, high-rise towers and fit-out work dominate. Crews must be ready for Dubai Municipality or Trakhees sites and for night shifts on transport and airport packages. See our construction manpower supply in Dubai.
Government-led roads, utilities and social infrastructure, plus island villa communities. OSHAD compliance and remote site logistics in Al Ain and Al Dhafra shape every mobilisation. See our construction manpower supply in Abu Dhabi.
Master-planned apartment communities and industrial buildings in Hamriyah and the Sajaa and Industrial Area zones. Contractors here want steel erectors, cladding crews and finishing gangs at controlled cost. See our construction labour supply in Sharjah.
Villas, mid-rise buildings and workshop projects led by SME contractors. Smaller crew sizes and fast starts are the norm here. See our construction manpower supply in Ajman.
We supply helpers and tradesmen, and through our construction recruitment agency service we also hire site engineers, project managers and HSE leads for the same project.
Our bulk recruitment service handles large mobilisations for main contractors starting a new package.
Our local recruitment service finds workers already in the country who can start sooner.
Construction trades overlap with industrial work, so we also run oil and gas manpower supply in UAE for contractors working on plant and pipeline packages.
So there are no surprises at contract stage:
Send us your trades, headcount, emirate and start date. A Dubai based consultant will come back with available crews and a mobilisation plan.
