🔹 Conduct risk assessments & develop compliance strategies
🔹 Draft data privacy policies, processing agreements & regulatory documentation
🔹 Perform DPIA & manage ROPA
🔹 Implement data classification, leakage prevention & interoperability controls
🔹 Support business continuity, disaster recovery & data governance initiatives
🔹 Develop Open Data Plans (ODP) & Freedom of Information (FOI) strategies
🔹 Provide training on data privacy best practices

🎓 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Law, IT, or Data Management
✅ 6+ years in data privacy or compliance
✅ Expertise in GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, KSA PDPL, and NDMO DMPDP
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
✅ Preferred certifications: CIPP, CIPM
