Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provide consistent, accurate and timely communication to clients (US based) through verbal and written correspondence
- Answer and call new and existing patients to set up appointments and deepen relationships with our client
- Respond to clients’ needs by managing schedules and taking care of office related tasks
- Maintain client files in their office management systems for processing all transactions
- Process daily incoming mail, emails, voice mails and faxes
- Processing medical billing/payments if required
- Consistent follow up to ensure timely responses
- Maintain client files accurately and consistently documenting conversations
- Adhering to all other automation procedures
- Handle appointment cancellations with care with adherence to guidelines
What we are looking for:
- Customer service or sales experience [this is not a sales position]
- Bachelors degree (4 year) is required. Preferably in a science field
- Ability to organize, prioritize and self-manage workload
- Preferably have medical billing experience
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive attitude and willingness to help others
- Able to work under pressure and time constraints
- Very strong written and verbal English communication skills
