HSE Officer – QCON (Qatar)

Key Responsibilities

Monitor site activities and enforce HSE standards and Permit to Work (PTW) systems
Conduct daily site inspections and report hazards and non-compliances
Support incident investigations, toolbox talks, and safety reporting
Ensure compliance with approved HSE procedures and project requirements
Coordinate with site teams to promote a strong safety culture

Requirements

NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification
Minimum 5 years of Oil & Gas experience (EPIC / Fabrication experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of PTW systems, site inspections, and incident reporting
Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
