Who We Are

Workers on site, paperwork off your desk

They use us when they need more people than their own HR team can recruit, document and manage in the time available.

We source from workers already resident in the UAE and from our hubs in India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka and the Philippines.

In one lineA manpower supply company finds, screens and deploys workers for your business, and takes on the paperwork that comes with them (permits, medicals, salaries through WPS, accommodation and replacements), so you get a working team without growing your permanent headcount for every peak.

Supply Models

How manpower supply works in the UAE

UAE employers use outsourced manpower in three main ways. The right one depends on how long you need the workers and who you want to hold their visas.

Supplied staff on monthly contract

Who sponsors the workerThe supply company Best forOngoing work where headcount changes with contracts or seasons

We employ the workers and you pay a monthly rate per head. Visas, medical insurance, salaries through the Wage Protection System, accommodation coordination and replacements stay with us. You direct the daily work. Most of our long-running accounts start this way.

Recruitment on your own visa

Who sponsors the workerYou, the employer Best forLong-term roles where you want the worker on your establishment

We source, screen and process the candidate, and you sponsor them. This suits roles you expect to keep for two years or more, because you stop paying a monthly supply margin once the worker joins.

Short-term placement

Who sponsors the workerExisting sponsor, under a MOHRE temporary or part-time work permit where it applies Best forGaps measured in weeks, peaks, events and shutdowns

For a few weeks of extra hands, we shortlist workers already in the UAE who can legally move under the right MOHRE permit. They start faster than overseas hires because there is no entry visa to wait for.

Buyer's Checklist

What you should check before choosing a manpower supplier

Labour supply is a crowded market in the UAE, and the cheapest monthly rate is rarely the cheapest outcome. Before you sign with any supplier, including us, ask these questions.

1

Who holds the worker's visa and work permit, and which permit type will be used for your site?

2

Are salaries paid through WPS, and will the supplier show you proof if your client or auditor asks?

3

Is medical insurance in place for every worker from day one?

4

Where will the workers live, how will they reach your site, and who pays for transport?

5

How were the workers tested, and can you interview or trade test them yourself before mobilisation?

6

How many days does the supplier have to replace a worker who leaves or underperforms, and is that written into the contract?

7

What happens during the summer midday break, Ramadan working hours and public holidays?

8

What exactly is included in the monthly rate, and what is billed separately?

The testA supplier who answers all eight in writing is one you can build a programme around.
Pricing

What affects the cost of supplied manpower

We do not publish a rate card, because two quotes for “ten helpers” can describe very different jobs. These factors move the monthly rate up or down:

  • Skill level and any certification the role needs
  • Contract length, since longer contracts spread visa and mobilisation costs further
  • Who provides accommodation, transport and meals
  • Working pattern, including night shifts, overtime and remote site rotations
  • Whether workers are already in the UAE or must be recruited from abroad
  • Headcount and how fast you need them

Send us your brief and we will quote against these points clearly, line by line.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

What does a manpower supply company do?+
It recruits, screens and deploys workers for other businesses, and handles their permits, salaries, insurance and replacements. The client directs the work while the supplier handles the employment side.
Is manpower supply legal in the UAE?+
Yes. Temporary employment and outsourcing is a licensed activity regulated by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE). Employers should confirm which licence and permit type a supplier uses before signing.
What is the difference between manpower supply and recruitment?+
With recruitment, the worker joins your company and you sponsor them. With manpower supply, the worker stays employed by the supplier and works at your site for an agreed period and rate.
Can I get staff for one week only?+
Yes, for workers already resident in the UAE, where the right MOHRE permit can be used. Overseas recruitment only makes sense for longer assignments.
Do you supply both skilled and unskilled workers?+
Yes. We supply technicians and tradesmen as well as helpers, cleaners, loaders and general labour, often together on one account.
Which nationalities do you supply?+
We source mainly from India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka and the Philippines, as well as from workers already in the UAE. We select by skill and suitability for the role.
Can supplied workers move to my visa later?+
Yes, if both sides agree. The terms for transferring a supplied worker to your sponsorship are set in the supply contract.
